Keeping your wits about you while the world changes around you!

Are you at your “WITS end”? Puzzled, perplexed or overwhelmed by the dynamic changes life throws at you? Well, you can “keep your WITS about you” in this educational and supportive group for women.

Join us at 10:00 am on the first Thursday of each month where you can learn the skills needed to navigate life’s changes.

The group will consist of support, as well as psychoeducation, to help you weather these changes cognitively, emotionally and spiritually.

The “WITS” group is for women, 18 and older, who are experiencing the turmoil brought on by the myriad stressors in life.

Beth Kubiesa


Beth Kubiesa is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, a National Certified Recovery Specialist, and an active member of the National Association of Social Workers (NASW). She also has extensive training in telehealth.

Beth specializes in anxiety, depression, grief and loss, and divorce. She has an eclectic approach which enables her to tailor her therapy style to the needs of the client.
