Group therapy is a form of psychotherapy that involves one or more therapists working with several people at the same time. Groups provide a safe, economical, and nurturing environment to connect with others who experience similar issues and to be able to work through those together.

Co-hosted with Elderwerks in Palatine, Illinois, this FREE, online book club will read “What I Know For Sure” written by Oprah Winfrey. Join us the first and third Tuesday of each month as we discuss the inpirational essays from this collection. The online “Zoom” session will be led by Kathleen Keeney, LCSW, CADC.

This group, for women 18 and older, will help you keep your “WITS” about you as you navigate the dynamic changes that life brings. The group will consist of support, as well as psychoeducation, to help you weather these changes cognitively, emotionally and spiritually.
