Free to Everyone!
We understand that it can be very stressful trying to care for those we love who have illnesses that prevent them from performing daily activities. The education provided during this event is designed to help you maintain your sense of self, build coping skills, learn techniques to care for yourself and to provide resources to help you and your loved one in the home.
Cori Moschberger, Coordinator of Senior Services at Barrington Behavioral Health & Wellness will share tips on how to move forward and maintain your own identity while taking care of a loved one.
The free, online, event begins at 9:00 a.m. CST (Central Standard Time) and is the time that Ms. Moschberger will be presenting.
