DIALECTICAL BEHAVIOR THERAPY SKILLS TRAINING
Have you ever felt out of control?
Do you find yourself constantly feeling empty or isolated?
Do difficult emotions ever seem to control you?
Beginning February 22, 2021, join Carol Trejo Kroeger, LCPC, for an ongoing series of group sessions to educate participants in the skills to better manage emotions and ease conflict in relationships.
Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) teaches the skills of “mindfulness”, “distress tolerance”, “emotional regulation” and “effective interpersonal skills” in order to improve understanding of our selves and our communication with others.
