Join us to learn how three amazing pups; Cooper, Dexter, and Dallas, interact with, assist and provide therapeutic benefits to the seniors in the communities they visit.
This continuing education presentation is credentialed for one (1) CEU for Illinois Nurses, Social Workers and Counselors.
CEU Objectives include:
1. Identify some of the primary health benefits of therapy dog visits to seniors.
2. List three ways that Therapy dogs have an Impact on the socialization of seniors.
3. Name factors that help to minimize risk factors of therapy dog visits.
