Renee Klingberg has been with Barrington Behavioral Health & Wellness since the company’s inception and has performed every task imaginable except counseling! Though she has no counseling credentials, Renee’s smile and kindness offer support and nurturing to everyone she meets.

Renee’s duties with Barrington Behavioral Health & Wellness include the administration of the office locations which, at times, can be akin to herding cats.

Renee brings her administrative expertise to BBHW after many years in adminstration at Little City, in Palatine, Illinois, a non-profit organization providing children and adults, with intellectual and developmental disabilities, the best opportunities at a mainstream life experience.

In her free time you may find Renee shopping, running and gardening or pursuing her other passions, equine therapy and canine rescue.

Renee’s love of travel is inherited from her late mother and she dedicates at least one week a year – usually in the dead of winter – to explore some far distant, exotic, land. Renee’s motto; “you can always add more pages to your passport”!

Renee is a life long local in the Barrington area and enjoys supporting her community and spending time with her children and grandchildren.
