Change, growth and rebuilding can be scary and exciting concepts and are necessary to move from where you are to where you want to go. Therapy is a partnership between the client and therapist in which trust and respect are unconditionally granted to foster a new perspective.
Carol’s passion is helping people identify their unique challenges and stressors as well as their values, beliefs and goals. She then helps each client craft a course of action to move out of where they are ‘stuck’ and toward a life of meaning and purpose based on their personal truth.
Carol believes that therapy is the gift of a safe and supportive environment in which to find hope to create a new vision for change and growth and she looks forward to helping you!
